As erotica writers, we can struggle to find yet another word to describe the same thing in our sex scenes. For my own personal reference, and now for yours, I’m collecting words for my dirty thesaurus. They’re not necessarily completely interchangeable synonyms, but you should be able to choose something appropriate for the context. Words may range from Harlequin-esque purple prose to Match Game euphemisms to nasty street slang that may not seem particularly sexy. Feel free to comment with any additions.
